'Allegheny' ® is precocious, productive, and described by many as the pawpaw for connoisseurs. Comes in a 1 gallon pot, plant is 1-3ft.

Fruit: Medium (generally under 8oz. but can be higher with fruit thinning), smooth firm, yellow flesh.

Seed: ~8% by weight

Flavor: Sweet and rich with a hint of citrus.

Color at ripeness: Green; no color break.
